It's not everyday that you get asked to photograph a Pussycat Doll, so when Bodyfit magazine called and said they needed a photographer we jumped at the chance.

Domestic abuse campaign for Essex Police

Domestic abuse isn't always about bruised faces and distressed victims. For their new awareness campaign Essex Police asked us to try something different by photographing normal, everyday scenes with the subject's hidden worries displayed on large boards in the background.
The idea is that the signs of domestic abuse aren't alway obvious and we sometimes need to look deeper to notice that people may need help.

Of all the places I could imagine staging a photography shoot a hospital operating theatre has to be in the top five. So, I was delighted when Holly House Hospital invited us in to photograph their facilities.

We're putting together a fashion portfolio to present to designers, magazines, stores and agencies. Clothes were supplied by Pasha Fashion in Colchester, and model Chelsea Clarke did her own hair and makeup. We shot all day with a Hasselblad H3DII 39 syncing at 1/800th sec with various Profoto flash units.
