Cliqq Photography

We were asked by Bodyfit magazine to shoot Jenni Falconer for the cover of their latest issue. We love working with celebrities as they often have tonnes of experience of being photographed so it makes our job a lot easier!

The shoot took place at Holborn Studios in East London. It's always a fun place to shoot as with over 10 different studios in there you never know who you might run into. As well as Jenni we would be shooting two other models for various covers throughout the year so it was going to be a busy day.

As usual we were shooting using the Hasselblad and our Profoto lights. For the lighting setup we tried something a bit different. By using two strip lights on the front with a large silver umbrella up high we created a super glossy look that really helped her skin shine. We had another two hair lights up high and behind to give us some nice highlights and a couple of umbrellas on the back to create the white background, so that makes seven lights in total!

Jenni Falconer was a joy to work with and looks in incredible shape having just had a baby a few months ago. Big thanks to the Bodyfit team for the styling and Roisin Donaghy for doing such a great job with the makeup.
